"Looked a lot better in the pictures"
I really wanted to like this dress, but it was kind of disappointing. The photos made the color look much nicer, and in person it felt duller and not as flattering. The fabric also wasn’t what I expected, it looked better online than it actually felt. It’s wearable, I guess, but not something I’m excited about.

I’ll give it credit for being cute, but the styles feel like someone just clicked around and hoped for the best. It all comes off a bit random and amateurish, it’s just not my thing
"Had to keep chasing for updates"
The communication was really frustrating. After I placed my order, it felt like I basically had to beg for any kind of update. When they did finally respond, it was late and didn’t really tell me much. I started to feel resentful because it seemed like once they had my order, I just didn’t matter. Not a good experience.

"Delivery was a total mess"
My order showed up way later than it was supposed to, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. Customer service just kept telling me to wait, which was super frustrating. When it finally arrived, the package looked like it had been tossed around without any care. Definitely not ordering from here again.

The price felt fair for what I got. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option out there, but my gut said it was a decent value and I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged. The costs were clear enough, which I appreciated. I’d use them again if I came across the right item.

"Packaging was okay, but I expected a bit more"
I ordered from overthemoon.com because my sister had mentioned their stuff always feels really nicely presented. At first glance, the packaging did look pretty, but once I opened it, it felt a little underwhelming. One corner of the box was slightly bent, and the tissue paper looked like it had been done in a hurry. Nothing inside was damaged, which I was relieved about, but for the price, I expected it to feel a bit more thoughtful and put together.

"Gift order turned into a letdown"
I ordered this as a gift it just didn’t go well. I was hoping it would be an easy, nice little surprise, but the whole experience ended up feeling disappointing. Maybe other people had better luck, but for me it really wasn’t worth it.

"Still feels unresolved"
I had an issue with my order and, from what I can tell, support didn’t really fix it. I don’t know exactly what was happening on their end, but the replies I got were vague and it took days to hear back. I kept having to explain the same thing over and over, and it kind of felt like they just wanted me to drop it. Maybe there was more going on behind the scenes, but as a customer it was just really frustrating.

I had a frustrating time using the site. The pages were loading slowly, and every time I thought I was close to checking out, it felt like the goalposts moved again with another confusing step or thing to figure out. I just wanted to place my order, but the whole process made it harder than it needed to be

I ordered from them once it felt legit. No sketchy surprises, no “this looks nothing like the pictures” nonsense, what showed up actually matched what I saw online, which should be normal but apparently isn’t always. My only little rant is the shipping updates could definitely be clearer. I don’t love having to guess where my stuff is. But overall, I’d probably order from them again

From what I remember, the exchange process was kind of a hassle. I had to send a couple of emails and then wait a few days before things really moved along. It wasn’t the easiest experience just to swap out an item.

I actually found a few things on the site that I liked, so I was feeling good at first. But then I had to contact customer support and, yeah… not the best experience. The replies took longer than I expected, and when they did respond, I was kind of left thinking, “Wait, did they answer my question?” I ended up having to ask the same thing more than once, which got a little frustrating.

"Refund showed up, but not super fast"
I ordered something from overthemoon.com and then had to get a refund, which was kind of annoying but not a huge drama. Support did answer me okay, like they were helpful enough, but the waiting part felt longer than I was thinking it would be.
The money did go back on my card eventually, so I can’t say it was a bad experience exactly. I just wish they had said the timing more clearly at the beginning, because I was sitting there kind of wondering what was happening.

"Pretty good registry tools overall"
I used overthemoon.com to manage our wedding registry, and overall it was easy to use. I remember working on it one evening when I was already a little tired and not in the mood to deal with anything complicated, so I appreciated that adding gifts from different places was straightforward. Moving things around and updating notes was simple too.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that a few pages loaded kind of slowly for me, and one item didn’t update right away. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a little annoying in the moment. Still, it made registry planning feel a lot less stressful than I expected.

"Returns took way more effort than I expected"
I ordered from Over The Moon a little while ago because the clothes looked really cute, but when I decided to return something, the whole process turned into a headache quickly. I remember sitting down that evening thinking it would take a few minutes, and instead I had to keep clicking around just to figure out what the actual return steps were.
A few days later, I was still dealing with it. I had to wait for replies, print out forms, and then pay for return shipping myself, which was frustrating after already spending a decent amount on the order. It just felt like way too much work for a simple return.
Now it’s been a bit since I sent everything back, and I’m still waiting on my refund. The items were nice, and I wanted to like the whole experience more, but the return process makes me hesitate to order from them again.
